Engineer Paul carried out removal and strip  down of Neff slide and hide oven door in order I could clean off cooking fat streaks that  were in between the panes of the oven door glass, he was most helpful and patient whilst I cleaned the glass (the pink stuff) cleaning paste did the trick. Excellent service today when our oven blew up & needed a new element! Super fast service! Engineer was with us within 20 mins & our appliance was fixed & ready to use almost immediately! Had no idea where to go when a tenant told me the oven had broken.  Read some reviews and saw Appliance Repairman.  Called and had an honest and professional conversation with someone who knew what they were talking about.  No hard sale, honest, fair pricing structure.  Came out swiftly to fix and repaired the oven for a fair price.
