No airflow through the dryer vent
Check for lint buildup in the vent and clean it out.
Dryer is not heating up
Check to make sure that the thermostat is set correctly and replace it if necessary.
Dryer has no power
Check to see if there’s a tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse, or test the outlet with a voltage meter or appliance tester.
Dryer won’t start
Verify that the door is closed properly, that it’s plugged in, and that all of the settings are correct.
Drum doesn’t turn
Inspect the drive belt for signs of wear or deterioration and replace it if necessary.
Dryer is too hot
Check the temperature settings and adjust them accordingly.
Excessive noise or vibration
Tighten any loose screws, nuts, bolts, and other fasteners to reduce vibration.
Clothes not drying properly
Check the lint filter for blockages and clean out if necessary; also, make sure that the exhaust vent is open and unobstructed.
Unusual smells coming from the dryer
Ensure that all fabric softener sheets are removed from the laundry after each use to prevent build-up on heating elements.
Dryer won’t stop running
Check the cycling thermostat for proper operation by testing with a multi-meter or thermometer; replace if necessary.

Common faults & questions
My Oven is Cold or won’t heat up, but the fan is going?
This is typically the Fan oven element.
My Oven is Over Heating or burning everything?
This could be the Oven thermostat.
My Oven isn’t getting hot enough?
This could be the fan is not turning. or an element has failed/blown
My oven door glass has fallen out?
This could be the sealant holding the glass in.
My oven is not getting to the correct temperature?
Answer 1… If Conventional Oven, it could be an element has failed!
Answer 2… If Fan Oven, the fan is weak or has failed!
Tip… If the fan is not turning try flicking with a knife, it may be a temp fix!
My oven is dead?
Answer 1… If no lights try the main fusebox or kitchen cooker isolator (big red switch normally)
Answer 2… If there are lights but not reacting, then this could be in Auto mode!
Tip… Refer to the Instructions to reset the timer 🙂
