Faulty door switch
The door switch may be broken and needs to be replaced.
Bad fuses or circuit breakers
Check for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers and replace them if necessary.
Poor power supply
Make sure the microwave is plugged into a working outlet with sufficient power to operate it correctly.
Weak magnetron tube
If the magnetron tube has failed, you may need to replace it. (WARNING: Magnetron replacement should only be done by a qualified technician.)
Incorrect timer settings
Confirm that the timer setting is set correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Excessive arcing
Clean any food residue off of the interior surfaces of your microwave before operating it to reduce arcing.
Faulty temperature controls
Check for proper operation of the temperature control and replace it if necessary.
Broken light bulb
Inspect the lighting element in your microwave and replace any burnt-out bulbs.
Electromagnetic interference
Move other electrical devices away from the microwave, or switch them off when operating it to avoid interference.
Poor ventilation
Ensure that the vents are clear and not blocked by other items on your countertop to ensure proper air circulation around your microwave appliance.

Every standard repair includes a six-month guarantee. The VIP Priority + Protection upgrade extends this to 12 months. Both cover labour relating to the original repair; replacement parts and unrelated new faults are not included unless separately guaranteed.

Common faults & questions
My Oven is Cold or won’t heat up, but the fan is going?
This is typically the Fan oven element.
My Oven is Over Heating or burning everything?
This could be the Oven thermostat.
My Oven isn’t getting hot enough?
This could be the fan is not turning. or an element has failed/blown
My oven door glass has fallen out?
This could be the sealant holding the glass in.
My oven is not getting to the correct temperature?
Answer 1… If Conventional Oven, it could be an element has failed!
Answer 2… If Fan Oven, the fan is weak or has failed!
Tip… If the fan is not turning try flicking with a knife, it may be a temp fix!
My oven is dead?
Answer 1… If no lights try the main fusebox or kitchen cooker isolator (big red switch normally)
Answer 2… If there are lights but not reacting, then this could be in Auto mode!
Tip… Refer to the Instructions to reset the timer 🙂
