What we collect

When you use our Quick Quote form, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and postcode
• Your email address, if you give it to us
• The appliance, fault and how urgent the repair is
• Any extra details you choose to add, such as make, model or fault codes

We also automatically note the page you enquired from, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters (such as a Google Ads click ID) attached to your visit, so we can tell which marketing is working. If you call us, we collect whatever you choose to tell us over the phone.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out the repair, and take payment. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and repair details for only as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out and guarantee the work, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We then delete them.

Sharing your information

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with engineers and administrators working on our behalf to fulfil your repair, and where we're required to by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you, or ask for a copy in a portable format. To do any of this, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
